MY FAVOURTE ACTOR / ACTRESS

DEVELOPMENT

1. Choose your favourite actor or actress.

2. Create a mini biography including

- The most relevant pieces of information about their personal lives and focus on how he /she got to be an actor / actress.    Place of birth, family, childhood, first acting roles.            

-Then , summarize their professional career.

3.Choose two or three of the films your actor / actress has worked on and:

       -  give the class a brief summary of the plot.

      - a more detailed description of your actor´s role.

4.  Don´t forget to make your presentation attractive:  include photos, videos, links , etc (but remember the videos cannot be too long)

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

•You will be working in groups of three.

•You CANNOT read any of the text during your presentation.

•Pay special attention to basic grammar mistakes in both your presentation and your oral performance (you will be penalized for these) and the use of appropriate vocabulary.

•You will have to prepare a QUIZ (6 to 8 questions) for your classmates at the end of your presentation. The questions must be grammatically correct and relevant to what you told the class about  your actor / actress.

•You will be given a GRAMMAR (for your presentation) AND an individual SPEAKING mark.
